2. Scope of Services
DOKWIFI IT Service provides IT-related services including, but not limited to, web application development, e‑commerce solutions, POS systems, ERP systems, networking, automation, technical support, and related consultancy services. 3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
- Grant necessary access to systems, hosting, accounts, and third‑party platforms.
- Review deliverables promptly and provide consolidated feedback within agreed timelines.
- Ensure that all content, data, and materials provided do not infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
Delays caused by the Client may result in project timeline adjustments and additional costs.
4. Fees and Charges
Service fees shall be based on the approved quotation or agreement. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a change request and billed separately upon Client approval.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Custom-developed systems and deliverables become the Client’s property only upon full payment.
- DOKWIFI IT Service retains ownership of pre‑existing tools, frameworks, templates, libraries, and methodologies.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the Client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non‑public business, technical, and financial information obtained during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Warranties and Limitations
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error‑free software, or specific business outcomes such as increased sales or profits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOKWIFI IT Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice in accordance with the agreed contract terms. Upon termination:
- The Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
