Delivery Policies:
1. Minimum device package order will be 10sets.
2. Allow 15-20 Days for Devices & IoT SIM cards Delivery from The Date Order is completed.
3. Maximum Installation Per Day Per will be 08-10 Vehicles.
4. Maximum 2 Days will be provided for User Platform Application Training & TMS Device Operations.
Payment Policy:
1. 60% Downpayment Required Before Order Proceeds.
2. 40% Upon Complete Device Installation & Final Turnover - Right After User Training.
3. Mode of Payment Accepted is via Bank Transfer, On Date Cheque, or Via GCASH & PAYMA E-wallets
4. IoT SIM card 4G Data Load Can Be Purchased or Requested Via dokwifi.com ecommerce website
